SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

REJECTED/UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

Rejected and undelivered packages are returned back to us. If you would like us to resend your package, a new shipping fee will apply. If we don't hear from you, we treat the order as cancelled and refund the money minus the initial shipping cost.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. The merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered in any way and must have all tags attached. All merchandise returns must be sent to the address provide on the prepaid return slip received with shipment. Refunds will be sent back to original payment once merchandise is received unless returning for an exchange, which then, the original purchase amount will be credited towards exchange. Allow 5 business days processing time for refund. Please note shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any and all exchanges will be charged a shipping and handling charge at checkout.
